This one came up on Craigslist with an asking price of $1,900. The person selling it claimed that it might have been owned at one point by Wes Beech of the Plasmatics, but other than the stencil on the case there's really no supporting documentation. However, the photo below of Wes Beech in 1977 in a pre-Plasmatics band (The Accidents) clearly shows him holding a Dan Armstrong guitar. While I haven't come across any pics (yet) of Beech using a DA in the Plasmatics, there is an interesting clip of the Plasmatics at Pier 62 in NYC where Beech is playing another plexiglas guitar.
