Found this one for sale on Craigslist in Toronto in September 2015, with an asking price of $2,400. Bridge conversion seems to be nicely done, but you'll need to play it of course to see if that's actually the case. Interesting split in the pickguard - I'm kind of wondering if that could be repaired by using a backing plate of some kind...
"I have a good condition 1969 Dan Armstrong Plexi guitar for sale. It does have a couple of issues that don't affect playability at all. It comes with original hardshell case. I'm asking $2400.00 or willing to discuss certain trades (guitars, amps, effects)."

Back on the market in May 2017 via Emerald City Guitars of Seattle with an asking price of $2,695. Serial number confirmed by seller.
"1970 Ampeg Dan Armstrong. These awesome lucite guitars were only made for a few short years in the late 60's/early70's. A favorite of notable players including Ronnie Wood, Greg Ginn, Dave Grohl and Joe Perry, this guitar is sure to make you stand out on stage! Overall good condition with some general wear, dings, scratches and a few modifications. The original bridge was replaced with a new bridge with stop tailpiece and some routing was done to accommodate this. Tuners have been replaced, leaving a few small mounting holes, an extra strap button was added to the lower horn at some point and the pickguard has a split in it as well as some cracking around the input jack. This guitar plays well, has a lot of sustain from the dense body and the original humbucker is strong and clear with a great tone. A very cool player's grade Dan Armstrong! Includes original hardshell case."
