A2394D
Sold for a very reasonable $1,000 in September 2011. Changed tuners, changed bridge, modified pickguard, and what looks like a headstock crack on the back where some of the wood started to lift (we've seen this exact same crack on two other guitars).
"Hello. I am offering a 1969 Dan Armstrong Clear Guitar. This is a fantastic guitar and I really hate to sell it but bills must be paid. It has been modified with a clear pickguard, brass bridge, brass control plate and Sperzel tuners. The tuners work backwards but it's no big deal, it stays in tune fine. It has the original rock treble pickup and it smokes! The action is low, the frets are fine and the neck is straight. It is a great rock and roll guitar, it will sustain forever. There is a repair in the headstock, it is minor and repaired well. Comes with gig bag. Thanks"
