This 1969 Dan Armstrong guitar came up on the Heritage Auction web site and sold for $1,315 in June 2011.  "1969/1970 Ampeg Dan Armstrong Clear Lucite Electric Solid Body Guitar, #A851D. Altered bridge and replaced screws on bridge. Country bass pick-up. Overall good condition with little wear. No Case. Condition: Good."
