This fretless bass came up for auction in March 2016 and sold for $1,025. Seems to be in nice shape, subject to the usual deterioration on top of the pickup. Non-original hard shell case.

"For auction is an original Dan Armstrong Lucite Fretless Bass in excellent condition with OHSC. The body is free of any major marks or scratches, the hardware is all very clean and the electronics are all original. The pickup is original, and appears to have had some minor cosmetic work, with a small amount of epoxy having been applied on the top to cover old, peeled epoxy, which is common on the Dan Armstrong basses. This minor application is barely viewable in the photos and in person."
