Here's an old Ampeg pick we bought on Reverb in April 2024 along with some Dan Armstrong strings. Never seen a pick before, and not surprising that few of them might have survived, because how many were even made? |

Sold for $45. Although not a Dan Armstrong item per se, these Ampeg medallions are a cool bit of history from back in the day. Essentially they were dealer promo items that could be given out to each store's best customers. Not much to them actually - it's just the aluminum Ampeg logo plate used on the amps with a cheesy silver chain attached. No need to wonder what you'd look like wearing one either, here's a pic we found of a guy sporting his while simultaneously trying to reverse four years of orthodontia...rock on with yo' bad self! |

Here's a very cool clear guitar strap that came up for sale in September 2014 from dealer Bizarre-Guitars and sold for $25. "Main Strap Connection guitar strap, clear, was in the case of vintage Ampeg Dan Armstrong clear guitar, a very cool strap, very good condition."

Another vintage clear guitar strap comes on the market in May 2016 with an asking price of $129. Seems to be in good condition. Seller said: "This is a super cool vintage guitar strap perfect for the Dan Armstrong Clear Guitars and Basses from the 1970's." |
