In March 2014, NYC dealer Chelsea Guitars listed a number of DA pickups on Ebay, including this box for a Country Treble pickup (all they had was the box, no CT pickup). The box sold for an unbelievably low price of only $20.

Here's an incredible find, an original CT pickup in the box with matching paperwork. Just came up for auction on Ebay in July 2015 with an asking price of $550. Here's the seller's description... "This listing is for an Original Vintage Ampeg Dan Armstrong CT Country Treble Electric Guitar Pickup. This pickup comes as pictured with the Original Box and paperwork. The pickup is the CT or Country Treble pickup and the box is the original box for the pickup. The Ampeg Lucite Dan Armstrong guitars we're designed with interchangeable pickups. The original Dan Armstrong pickups are very hard to find and to find one with the box and paperwork is very rare. The pickup has been tested in my 1970 Dan Armstrong guitar and it works and sounds fantastic. Please look at the pictures and email with questions.
