A1487D
I bought this guitar from a dealer at the Fall Philly guitar show in 2011. Except for a chip in the pickguard and a ding in the body (see pic) it's a fairly nice example. The pickup selection included an ST, RB, and no less than three (3) CB pickups.
Later on I decided to sell it with the pickups that it would have come with originally, an RT and CB. Here's the description I used in December 2011 for the eBay auction:

"This is a vintage 1970 Dan Armstrong guitar in good overall condition. Serial number A1487D places it somewhere in the middle of the '69 - '71 manufacturing run. Guitar comes with its original hard shell case as well as CB and RT pickups. Guitar has seen moderate playing wear over the years, but back of the neck is still in very nice condition. There is slight wear to the first-position frets, but overall a lot of life left in them. Although this guitar is in overall good condition, I would describe it more as a player-grade instrument with the following items of note. First, one of the original Grover machines has been changed out along the way for another vintage Grover. You can't tell from the front, but the newer Grover has a different pattern to the back of the machine (see pic). Same screw hole and exact same size of the machine, just a circular pattern on the back of the new tuner. My bet is you could chase down an exact replacement if you were patient enough, but it certainly doesn't affect playability. Next up is a chip in the corner of the pickguard (see pic). There is also a blemish in the edge of the plexiglas body. The output jack has the usual protective washer over it and I haven't taken it apart to see what's what, but I don't see cracks radiating out from underneath either. Finally, a small corner of the CB pickup has been repaired with brown epoxy. Very hard to tell unless you're up close, but I tried to take a pic of the area. There is also a chip in one corner of the RT pickup, but it's on the backside and not visible once installed in the guitar. The case is also in reasonably good condition, but the two outside spring latches need assistance in closing. Also, case hardware has some rust on it, which could probably be cleaned off with a little Noxon if you're industrious. The positives are this is a nice guitar with its original case and array of pickups, with probably less than typical neck and fret wear. I haven't had the pickguard off to check and see if pots are original, but both the volume and tone controls turn freely and work as they should. The switch also works well, although it's always a mystery to me what the extra positions are for. I believe this is reasonably priced for today's market, but we'll see. Guitar was received in a trade so I haven't owned it long, and I've got Telecaster fever so something's got to go."
