This bass was purchased in December 2014 by the third owner and comes intact with its original pickup, thumb rest and OEM case. Interestingly, a prior owner had installed a clear pickguard, but kept the original formica guard which has recently been re-installed by the current owner. Yes it has a small chip near one of the screws, but vintage is not about being perfect it's about keeping the original parts on the instrument. Nice clear set of photos too, and notice how perfectly the serial number is stamped on the neck - in contrast to some of the wandering serial numbers early in the manufacturing run.
